Bonaventure has run the same multifamily playbook through the 2008 financial crisis, 2020 COVID, and the 2022 rate shock. BMIT buys income-producing apartments with long-term fixed-rate debt and pays distributions through every rate cycle. The platform does not bet on cap-rate compression.
